day, 365 days a year without exception
- so you know that someone will answer
the phone instead of a machine.

As the major player in
the industry we have the capabilities of
recovering anything from cars and motorcycles
to 18 wheelers and hazardous material transports
in any on or off road situation. All our
technicians are fully trained in all aspects
of vehicle rescue. This high standard of
training is based on individual regular
modular courses in areas such as first aid,
hazardous chemicals and customer services,
in conjunction with our PAS43 Accreditation
and BSI 9001:2000. Dragon Rescue is also
one of ten operators in the UK qualified
to respond to chemical incidents.
Our large specialist fleet
of recovery vehicles is controlled centrally
using the latest tracker systems ensuring
that all information can be transferred
to the technician on route, safely, quickly
and accurately and this is helped by our
experienced controllers vast knowledge of
the area and our specialist capabilities.
They ensure that the right technician, recovery
truck and equipment are sent to the call.
The
varied capabilities of our current
fleet of 39 trucks enable us to deal
with every kind of vehicle breakdown
or major road traffic accident. Our
commercial rescue vehicles are truly
awesome and are a spectacle to be
seen and admired and they match our
staff’s experienced, professional
control of all vehicle incidents.
We now also operate a mobile tyre
service for both car and commercial
vehicles, ensuring that we can supply,
fit and repair at the roadside, 24
hours a day 365 days a year.
This professional
approach has gained us an acclaimed
reputation with all the major clubs,
commercial operators and within the
network of recovery operators. As
